The project consists of the development of an RMS (Revenue Management System) Intelligent Multichannel aimed at tourist establishments of all sizes. Its goal is to optimize availability and pricing management, using advanced inventory, competition and destination analyses. Through Artificial Intelligence, the optimal prices are determined, which are automatically distributed to the sales channels. This simplifies and streamlines management, freeing up human resources and reducing costs.
The RMS offers tools to manage users, configure establishments, load information automatically from the PMS (Property Management System) or manually, define business rules and use artificial intelligence algorithms. In addition, it provides detailed data visualization and management for Revenue Managers, including information on occupancy, pricing, demand and local events. The tool also allows you to generate reports in real time.
This solution is particularly relevant in the post-pandemic context, where tourist establishments need to optimize their income and efficiently manage fluctuations in demand and prices. In addition, the system is multi-channel, facilitating the automatic updating of prices in the main online sales channels, which means a significant saving of time and resources for tourism establishments, regardless of their size or category.
