DonaIndústria 4.0 kicks off its second edition with 21 participants

On 30 September, a first inaugural session of the programme was held at Eurecat's offices in Barcelona.

DonaIndústria 4.0, the pre-acceleration program for women promoted by the Cluster Digital, Eurecat and FIDEM, inaugurated its second edition on September 30 with a first face-to-face session.

21 women are now embarking on a new journey to learn, connect and grow, with the aim of strengthening their talent and contributing to a more innovative, digital, diverse and inclusive industry. Over the next few weeks, they will participate in a programme designed to transform innovative ideas into projects with a solid technological base.

This new edition, promoted and subsidized by the Ministry of Business and Labour and co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus, continues a first edition with a very good reception, consolidating DonaIndústria 4.0 as a space for training, connection and development of female talent linked to digital and industrial transformation.

An itinerary to connect technology, innovation and entrepreneurship

During the inaugural session, the characteristics and operation of the program were presented, which combines business and technological training with a mentoring itinerary. The program is mainly developed in online format and includes training sessions, practical experiences and contact with experts and professionals in the sector.

The training is structured in two main blocks. The first is focused on technology, innovation and market opportunities, with content on digitalisation and industry 4.0, IoT and smart sensors, artificial intelligence and data analysis, cloud solutions and augmented and virtual reality. The second addresses innovation management and business management, with content on female entrepreneurship, idea generation, project management, digital marketing and Business Plan.

Beyond training, the program is committed to a practical and applied methodology, with real projects, expert knowledge, specialized mentoring and project monitoring. The objective is to make it easier for participants to advance from the idea to the development of a project, while acquiring skills and competencies aligned with the current challenges of the sector.

In addition, one of the differential elements of DonaIndústria 4.0 is the personalized support through mentoring, which will be developed in parallel with the training.

The programme also has a virtual learning environment through the Academy Cluster, which centralises live classes and their recordings, forums and debate spaces, mentoring and different self-training resources and complementary materials.
