Do you have first-hand knowledge of the challenges faced by the agri-food sector? Are you interested in sharing your experiences or co-creating digital solutions with other local stakeholders?

We invite you to take part in the first roundtable of the European project GATE5.0, an online session aimed at identifying the real challenges of the agri-food sector in Catalonia and uncovering new collaboration opportunities within the European innovation ecosystem.

This event marks the starting point of the GATE5.0 project, which will connect agri-food SMEs with digital and deep-tech companies to develop solutions based on AI, IoT, robotics, and data analytics — paving the way towards a more efficient, connected, and sustainable Agriculture 5.0.

Agri-food SMEs that share their challenges during this session will have the opportunity to apply to the project’s open call to join the GATE5.0 acceleration programme and compete for funding of up to €118,500, including direct financial support, training, and personalised mentoring.

Other stakeholders — such as cooperatives, technology centres, or public administrations — will also be able to share their expertise and insights, helping to define sector challenges while benefiting from the planned co-creation and knowledge exchange activities.
