Disruptive Innovation Program for Cluster members
With the aim of bringing companies in the cluster closer to disruptive solutions in the field of digital technologies, as well as the mechanisms to systematize this process, we are launching the Open Innovation Observatory program. This consists of the following steps:
1. Identification of technological challenges of interest to the companies in the cluster.
2. Scouting and selection of startups with disruptive solutions related to the challenges identified in the initial workshop (Scouting done through startup databases globally).
3. Global tracking of "influencers" and specialized technology publications related to these challenges (tracking of publications and specific AI algorithms to select the most relevant).
4. Forum in which selected startups will present their solutions and the main conclusions of the follow-up made to the “influencers” of the sector through automated mechanisms will be presented.
This approach aims not only to bring disruptive solutions closer, but also to lear about the mechanisms that can help us systematize the process in our organization. On the other hand, the global approach given to the mechanisms described, will provide a broad view of what is happening beyond our environment.

Initial workshop on defining technological challenges. It is planned to be done online using the MURAL tool, which allows participants to work together in a video conferencing environment. The session will be led by the HypeCorporate Partners team:
Days before the session, an email will be sent to the registrants with the precise instructions of the workshop and a link to the MURAL workspace so that they can familiarize themselves with it in advance).
