To be a reference center in Catalonia in the ICT field with the capacity to establish collaboration links and appropriate development tools between ICT agents (SMEs and large companies, universities, R&D&I centers, etc.), administrations and society in general, as well as to maximize the use of resources for the promotion and development of R&D&I projects that pursue excellence in priority sectors.
