The HESTIA project celebrated its third General Assembly in Belgrade

Rosa Porta,

From June 28 to 29, the Digital Cluster participated in the General Assembly of the HESTIA project that took place in Belgrade.

HESTIA is a project funded by the EU in which we participate from the Digital Cluster of Catalonia and which aims to develop a solution to improve the management and use of energy for residential consumers.

In this third General Assembly, key actors and partners gathered and addressed challenges and outlined next steps.

On the first day, the participants delved into the main objectives and the status of the project's KPI's. An update on the status of the three pilots was also presented, addressing topics such as data transmission and quality, specific challenges during engagement, and initial feedback received from households.

The day continued with workshops that were developed in two working groups. The first group focused on quantitative data and the second group faced the challenge of evaluating qualitative data (often difficult to measure or quantify) focused on social engagement KPIs.

The second day was marked by a workshop on remuneration mechanisms for each pilot with the aim of paving the way for sustainable and efficient energy management solutions and concluded with a visit to Mihajlo Pupin's pilot facilities.
