The Digital Cluster of Catalonia presents an exciting opportunity for those interested in improving their professional skills and delving into the fields of project management Agile, cybersecurity and blockchain. The Cluster has designed two training courses aimed at employed workers with a work centre in Catalonia and those in search of work.

Course 1: Project Management with Agile Methodology (30h)

The first course, which will begin on December 14, focuses on the management of projects with Agile methodology, an increasingly relevant practice in the business world. This 30-hour course (29 hours in real time and 1 aSYNChRONOUS hour) will provide participants with the necessary tools to understand the fundamental principles of Agile and how to implement them in an organization. Some of the key objectives of the course include training Agile implementation leaders, developing new skills for project management, knowing key management indicators and designing agile organizations to adapt during the design phases.

The course will be developed in an online format with live classes online through Zoom or Teams, will be held at 3pm and will be in charge of highly qualified personnel from the Eurecat Technology Center. Upon completing the course, participants will receive a certificate of attendance and, where appropriate, a certificate of achievement issued by the Digital Cluster and Eurecat.

Course 2: Cybersecurity and Blockchain (30h)

The second course, focused on cybersecurity and blockchain, will provide participants with the ability to identify cybersecurity and privacy problems in IoT environments, industry and mobile devices. It will also explore the world of blockchain technology, its types, benefits and weaknesses, as well as application cases.

This course, with the start date to be specified in February 2024, will be developed in online format and will have the same quality of instruction by the staff of the Eurecat Technological Center. The training will be carried out through the e-learning platform Moodle, which will provide students with access to training materials and links for live classes. At the end of the course, participants will receive certificates of attendance and, where appropriate, certificates of achievement.

Both courses are subsidized within the framework of the Size Conforcat programmes, funded by the European Union - NextGenerationEU, which gives participants a unique opportunity to improve their skills in an affordable way.
